two german based companies that have
pioneered future software for sound.
For years, NI has been producing the most cutting
edge VST Instruments and effects, constantly pushing
the envelope of what can be done with computer audio.
With innovative software samplers (Battery, Kontakt),
original soft-synths (Absynth, FM7) unique effects
(Spektral Delay), their own mp3 mixer (Traktor),and a
modular platform that allows the user to build their
own instruments and effects (Reaktor), NI has gone
beyond the realm of simple improvements. They've
invented a whole new way in which to create.
An almost sister company of NI, Ableton Live has built
