i love this album, as usual i was way slow on the uptake to get wise to
ADULT. and i missed out on a ton of their past work but this album has
absolutely riveted me...whatever that means
the vocals are fantastic, absolutely nails mid 80s punk rock for me much
like exine cervenka of X, constantly comes to mind while listening... and
then the beats themselves are absolutely stripped down old school sounds
masterfully arranged in what, to my ears, sounds like a very natural
interpretation of 'a really good punk band' rendered in electronics that
covers everything from fast and hard to melancholy and introspective dark
europop...
straightforward on the surface and oozing with deep dark subtle knowledge
of history and futurism all the while.
