Greetings... Been awhile since the last update ---- summer is upon us and we are taking full advantage of it. But we have still managed to be quite industrious... 1. The fall will bring a new Dead Hollywood Stars CD. We are still completely floored by this release. A limited edition version will be made available as well. This edition will include a bonus CD --- their previous CD, Gone West plus bonus tracks. 2. In the beginning of the new year we will release a neutral remix CDep (actually a full length at an ep price). But I am getting ahead of myself ;) Lastly, I am very pleased to announce that neutral will be playing live in Austin Texas on Aug 9. More information below... thanks for the support and think simian! Artificial Music Machine and Last Laugh LLC present ++ CROSS PRODUCT 2 ++ an evening of captivating electronic music, featuring live performances by: + Neutral (Mad Monkey, Hymen Records) - http://www.madmonkey.org/neutral Nicole Elmer balances haunting melodic soundscapes with unpredictable percussive elements, subtle vocals, and a uniquely personal sensibility. The "varied, energetic, and densely layered" (Rob Geary, Grooves Magazine) sounds of Neutral both perplex and intrigue, inviting the listener into a gorgeous and mesmerizing sonic journey. If you missed her set at this year's SXSW music festival, now is the time to experience Neutral. + RF Programme (Synthetiquette Studios) - http://www.rfprogramme.com RF Programme combines ambient and intelligent electronics with guitars and beats, in a finely crafted and engaging blend of sound accompanied by artistic visual displays. In 2001, the members of RF Programme helped form the Stereo on Strike Collective, an electronic artists' group in north Texas.
