I believe the release in question is: - Minotaur Shock: chiff-chaffs & willow warblers cd (Melodic) For more information and sound samples check: http://www.minotaurshock.com For a healthy dose of 'folktronica' and/or indie-electronica you might want to check out the recent Melodic-label comp cd called 'A Room Full of Tuneful.' It features tracks by Pedro, Topo Gigio, Tex La Homa, Chessie, Empire State, Bronze Age Fox, Baikonour, Noakes Pressure, Lucky Pierre, Dreams of Tall Buildings, and Minotaur Shock some of the highlights on this one include the breezy light indie-electronica of Pedro's 'lay down mega man,' the boucy theatrical-journies of topo gigio's 'locked out,' the stringy hip-hoppish groover of empire state's 'the elements of a wish,' and the dj shadowish jazzy trip-hop of noakes pressure's weaves tickling the ivories.' i'm not familiar with most of the artists on this comp but, from the strength of the tracks here, i will definitely be investigating these artists & the melodic label further. has anybody checked out any of the other 9 Melodic label releases other than the minotaur shock album? For more info on this compilation or the Melodic label artists check: http://www.melodic.co.uk/ -- -->-Lance---- PO Box 450715 Westlake, OH 44145 United States --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

If you like postrocktronic or whatever you want to call it, you should definately check out "Island Row" by Capitol K, acutally no matter what you like you should check it out, fantastic cd. Though I guess if you like country and rap don't bother. By the way, if you have happened to have heard the revised version of Island Row, could you tell me if its vastly improved or what?
