The first Dryer EP on Klang had been intriguing, admirably minimal,
but my ears found it a little undercooked or something. The new one,
on the other hand is considerably more generous -- a relatively rich,
organic, upper-partials-suppressed dubby, sound. evokes the
Basic-Channel-minimal-dub-techno thing, yeah, but some nice creative
spin. slow tempos, lots of low end. 4 tracks with, like, 4 whole
different ideas. Worth checking.
