Just got home from seeing Adult. opening for Trans Am in Toronto. I danced my ass off. Seriously, I no longer have an ass. I am assless due to Adult. rocking me so hard. I'm not sure how many more dates Adult. is doing on this tour, but if you get the chance, you really should go see them. They're synthpop-eriffic! Rad! My ass is involuntarily shaking in preparation. Question though: How was Trans Am? I've seen them a couple of time and like them a lot, but this new album sucks. Are they going to rock my danced-off ass with stuff from Futureworld or is it mostly going to be this new TA nonsense? -Aaron ----- Original Message ----- From: Greg Clow <greg@stainedproductions.com> Date: Saturday, June 15, 2002 1:53 am Subject: [idm] Adult.

I don't own any Trans Am records, so I can't say for sure what material they were playing. I only stuck around for about 20 minutes of their set, and to me it just sounded like rehashed 80s cheese rock with some keyboards thrown in - which is pretty much what I tought of them a couple of years ago when I saw Panasonic opening for them. Just not my thing, I guess.
