I need assistance with this project. I am trying to figure out what I need in order to record my mixes and then convert them to CD. This darn CMX-3000 comes with a digital switch but I am duped. How can one hook up either the mixer or the spinner itself to the computer and record mixes? Omar Hackett IUPUI University Library 755 W. There are numerous adapters and cables you can buy at your local RadioShack (or similar) that will help with this. I currently use a 1/8" to 2 RCA plugs with RCA to 1/4" adapters to go from my computer *in* to my mixer, but I could easily swap those to go out to the computer. Just look at the connectors you have and match them up. It's actually surprisingly easy once you have the cables :D You could even do something as simple as going from the headphone jack (likely 1/4" stereo) to the line-in (likely 1/8" stereo) with a single 1/8" male to male cable with a 1/4" adapter on one end. Adapters are your friends :D derek --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
