.February 23, 2002 .Metatrack Studios and Metrotechno Present .Special Topics in Audio Communication ver 1.0 .Kent Williams and Stewart Walker ->Introduction to Native Instrument's Reaktor<- We're proud to welcome Kent Williams (Chaircrusher / Cornwarning Records, Iowa City, IA) to Metatrack Studios for a special seminar in Native Instrument's Reaktor. This incredible program has been used heavily by some of the most cutting edge musicians such as Surgeon, Mark Bell (producer for Depeche Mode, Bjork, LFO, Etc...), Monolake, Richard Devine, Oliver Lieb, and numerous others. No previous experience in Reaktor is required (2 hours) "REAKTOR is a complete sound design studio with almost endless possibilities for producing and performing music. REAKTOR can be used as a synthesizer, sampler, effects processor, groovebox, and much more. High quality signal processing algorithms and the 32-bit floating point precision of REAKTOR's audio engine guarantees sound quality that meets the highest demands. The steadily growing REAKTOR libraries contain hundreds of different instruments with thousands of presets for a wide range of sound generation and audio processing applications. All instruments can be modified freely, and even building own instruments from scratch is possible."
