Hmm, free hosting for musicians is damn expensive to provide, the bandwidth is a killer... I'm a partner in a hosting business and providing a moderately priced audio hosting option with our accounts was something we briefly looked at last year, though it fell by the wayside. I would like to revisit the idea, perhaps put together a dedicated all-in hosting package for musicians.
