Hi. Has anyone here got contact info [a physical address] for Warp Records' UK office. I'm looking to address a letter to someone in the customer service department there - if there is one. Over that past year, my copy of the UK version of Aphex Twin's SAW.2 has developed disc rot and I want to see about getting it replaced. Contact me offlist please. Thanks. .`-). christopher miller o o.' evil@oasis.net == ' --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

If the disc was manufactured at PDO in the UK (their name will appear on the inner ring of the disc), they will replace it free of charge. More info can be found at: http://www.hyperion-records.co.uk/bronzed.asp http://www.brainwashed.com/c93/discog/discrot.html ...and many other sites. Just do a Google search on "disc rot" and loads of links will pop up. If the disc *wasn't* made at PDO, I guess contacting Warp is the best option. I took a look and it was indeed manufactured by PDO. Wow, I would have never thought of this option. Well I contacted them, and upon their instructions sent my discs in. PDO says now that they are unable to send me replacement copies because they cannot obtain the masters for SAW.2(?). Anyway, onto Plan B I guess... Who do I contact at Warp who will return my e-mails, and will truly follow up on this problem? .`-). christopher miller o o.' evil@oasis.net == ' --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
