Just a funny interlude, if I may:
Having just returned from a holiday taking lots of alternative routes
to the highways, I finally found out where the car registration CEX
comes from: it's Porterville in the Western Cape, South Africa.
It's a really tiny little town with not much going on, but all vehicles
sport "CEX" on their license plates :-)
