Total Recorder should do it. It grabs the audio from your sound card while it's being streamed. The manual says that it will rip Quicktime but I haven't tried it myself: http://www.highcriteria.com/productfr.htm#prod_TR There are also several similar programs (forget the names) but they all basically work the same way, but adding another audio device to your system that will write to disk instead of/as well as playing the audio. The only problem with these is that you need a good connection becasue if there's a glitch in the stream then the outputted file will contain that. Glenn [se!q {is!] bias} wrote:

It seems that you can record streamed MP3s with iTunes, I did it yesterday...I clicked something to stream and then once the filename appeared in the iTunes playlist window, I just selected the 'convert to WAV/MP3/AIFF' option from the menus and it saved to my hard drive. MacAmp 2.0.1 (by SubBand -- not sure of a URL) can save anything it plays to AIFF, and comes with "experimental" RealAudio and QuickTime input codecs... I think you need to pay the shareware fee to get this feature, though. -- R
