Yes, I'm sure you were wondering. Saying to yourself, "What exactly has
happened to Sonic Therapy?"
My financial travails continue. I'll spare you the details, but after this
Friday, unless I find something else to occupy 40 hours a week, I'm about to
have a lot more free time. If you're in the DFW area and looking for someone
who can do break/fix, you might want to chat me up. Or anything computery.
So there haven't been any new records. Not that the next one's IDM anyway.
It's Chomsky, currently on tour with Juliana Theory and getting chased by
major labels. And it's Deathray Davies. All over Real World episodes. And
Bands on the Run. With Chomsky. And Deathray goes out and tours the country
with bands like Arlo and (motherfucking) Centro-Matic.
This is neither here nor there. cosuardstockapaloozathon 2002 fest will
happen, unless I'm dead or in prison. And that's still 6 months away yet. In
the meantime, I have Fluoroscopic Kid news for you.
In between playing gigs for ravers that they hate and clearing rooms, FK
recorded a new demo. I'm not allowed to post MP3s from it, it's only for
getting him gigs. But he posted two new MP3s. You can find them on his site,
which is accessible through
http://www.sonictherapy.com - check out Artists,
and then click the link to his page. So there you go. Some new free music
for you.
I'm toying with the idea of releasing the songs from the Soft Drink Jihad
12" in MP3 format since the massive selling spree has died down. Every now
and then, you were able to grab them off me on Soulseek. Before my computer
got stolen.
Alright, enough of my prattle/twaddle. I've got more carbohydrates to
consume.
