As a teenager growing up with electro and breakdancing, Depeche Mode,
Kraftwerk, Brian Eno then Acid House, the Shamen, Orbital and the Orb, the
Clonk Movement completely threw me especially Lfo's "LFO". That was when I
first heard the name Warp. I bought most of the Clonks but then Warp
released Artificial Intelligence 1 and that, well that was an antidote to
the other music around at the time. It made me think about music in a
different way.
Thanks Rob, you've achieved what you set out to do and now there are
millions of people whose lives have been changed utterly. I am one of these
people and I salute your achievements. You've made my life better and I am
very grateful.
