I don't believe that there is such thing as a streaming .mpg file.
Perhaps you are thinking of .asf files. If you are, you definitely
cannot copy them through Windows Media Player. The solution is a
program called ASFRecorder. I think it can be found pretty easily on
most shareware websites. Anyway, you put in the address of the .asf
stream and it downloads it for you into a nice, non-streaming .asf
file. Its very convenient for downloading all the nice streaming IDM
videos avaliable at www.sputnik7.com. Has anyone checked out the
videos on that site? Nice 300k streams that don't look too bad blown
up to full screen. Ok. Have fun.
