HALFORGANIC LIVE
halforganic live: fragment king performed live on sept. 7th in SIs backyard
in brooklyn for about 50 people and a great time was had by all (except for
this one girl who got drunk really fast and left rather early). the entire
live set, 9 tracks in all, are now available as mp3 files at fragment kings
mp3.com site - this way you can stream through the whole set, recorded straight
off the mixer.
the tracks are structured in an dnb/idm/noisy breaks framework with a
significant amount of live distortion and filtering. on board were laptop, a small
sampler, nanobass, tx7, 2 distortion stompboxes, 2 analog filters and a
mo-fx. that had to be enough, I honestly couldnt schlepp any more...
