it's by Royksopp.. from bergen, norway. It was out on a 7" on
the norwegian tellé label (worth checking) and has recently been
re-released on the UK's wall of sound, with an album to follow.
Haven't heard the album but it's been getting good reviews.
The single's not that similar to BOC ... more of an easy listening
and poppy style.
