ok, that future 3 stuff does'nt sound at all like what i have (5mp3's) maybe what i have is earlier? what i've heard is better (imofcourse) i thought this was a older group, i remember reading that they were one of the bands that Warp would have liked to have signed but that never happened... so is this the same group? when were they first around? the tunes i've heard have drum breaks (like plaid) and are even more 'futuristic' than the tunes i downloaded from the site listed below... enlighten me please. thanks. -=k=- ps- if they do have older stuff (sounding like i've described) where can i get more of that material ? Future3 started producing music back in 1993-94 so it's very possible that they were a band that warp wanted years ago. their first album is 'we are...' and the style of that one is a tad funkier, sometimes even triphoppy. their second album, 'stay with...,' added more complex d&b percussions into the mix. the most recent stuff has more of a glitchy downtempo pop style in line with the current opiate stuff. what are the names of the mp3s you have? if i have the names then i might be able to match them up to the album they come from. -- -->-Lance---- PO Box 450715 Westlake, OH 44145 United States --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
