RE: Grado SR-80's
OK, I love these headphones to bits. Yet, construction is a bit of a
problem. The ear pads suck, but I'm going to take someone's advice and put
some felt on the ear pads. OK, problem two, big problem. The right
earphone came detached from the headband-brace. It continually falls off
and it appears it just slide right off. What's the best way to avoid the
plastic earphone from coming off the metal headband?

I use the classic Yellow Senn's 424's, for years (5 years and counting, I
believe these were re-introduced a while back) now at work hooked directly
up to the soundcard and for monitoring when I dj out. They have a great 3
year warranty (I used it when one of the tranducers blew). And cost me
$30. Anyone can afford $30-50.
