I?ll be staying in London from 2.8 to 12.8. Any recommendable events during that period? I have pretty broad taste: house, techno, broken beat, nu-jazz, down tempo, idm, electro, dub, roots, soul, funk, hip hop, jazz...so on. Also, any recordshops where i might find dub 7" s or disco oldies? Thanks! Hey people... I was just wondering if anybody knows if the tune from the subject is actually co-produced or remixed together with the group Calexico or if it's just a coïncidence...it sounds like Calexico could have contributed, with the trumpets and all, but there are no credits whatsoever on the disc or in the booklet... I just discovered Calexico at the North Sea Jazz festival here in The Hague (Netherlands) recently and think they make some pretty cool tunes! But anyways, does anybody know the answer to the above question? Many thanks... ===== Pjotr Stam || teccie@mindless.com http://www.fredscape.com Den Haag, The Netherlands "Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots.
