This is a review of the above: Its hot like hell here in denmark my neighbour cant handle it,screaming and yelling abuses at people ...throws firecrackers out of the window too. I guess he is angry... maybe because I play too loud. Just finished listen to the new AFX 12'..and im getting mad as hell too. Normally I dont use bad language but this fucker is abysemal bad. Not a sound from this socalled genius for nearly 3 years and then he releases this oldschool house crap. There is a tiny bit of windowlicker in Box Of Energy but then it goes totally bananas with fucked up noises no tune at all only weird nonsens. It just to easy ! The second track Flow Coma its the real stinker of the lot lifted from an early AFX release(?) with some tweedledum to make it hip. BOORING!! Im off to the beach. pete --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

House? I don't think so. Well maybe acid house, but don't use the h-word, please. Crap? This one's subjective... Oldschoool? Definetly. Hardly any dsp fuckery and not a lot of snare rushes. I say, if you like Kosmik Kommando's Laptop Dancing, you'll dig this. If you like 808 State (who did the original Flow Coma) you'll like this. If you like old Aphex, you'll like this. If you like acid, you'll probably like this

What were you expecting? The release is called 2 Remixes, and you get 2 remixes. Fucking ace shit too. - JA --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

What's so bad about house? I'd say some house subgenres are some of the most interesting music out there right now... And nobody can ever step to acid house. -- :: atomly :: atomly@atomly.com | atomly@my2way.com http://www.atomly.com/ | 877.741.3571 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Agreed, nobody can step to acid house (remember that old tDR graphic on the warp website for their blech nites (i think) "let's hear it for acid house!!") but fuck... I was at some crappy club here in Toronto and they were playing the most uninspired house music I've ever heard. My ears were violated on sooo many levels... - J A PS Who else is loving the Universal Indicator CD? Maybe that's what we should change the "i" to. Inspired Dance Music. It kind of means that the artist behind it actually cared :D cheers, /derek ------- eggytoast.com ------- now on the interweb --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Indeed. One of my current fave's is Luomo's (Vladislav Delay) "Vocalcity".
