Surprisingly enough, the ubiquitous Amazon has some info on the book: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/3823854925/qid=991751834/sr=1-1/ref=sc_b_1/104-0705052-6256711 Spiral bound is about the only mention of form factor, plus 198 pages. It's got an ISBN assigned to it as well, so that makes me much more optimistic that we might actually see this book in our own dimension sometime this decade. :) -- jr --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Not sure exactly of the release date, but the only rare thing about it is the chance to get one signed and direct from tDR. Otherwise, it'll be quite available at most major booksellers, if all the emails tDR sends out are to be believed. cheers, /derek ------- eggytoast.com ------- now updated daily --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

To prevent another fucking 7 emails appearing in my mailbox about this book; the release date, according to Amazon.com IS: "This item will be published in August 2001. You may order it now and we will ship it to you when it arrives.
