The bonus track is only on the Japanese version. It's really not very good,
IMO. It was obviously crammed on there simply 'cause Japanese companies
like to put on bonus tracks (supposedly 'cause domestic CDs are actually
more expensive than imports there, so they need something to entice people
to buy the domestic version) - it has quite a clumsy fade-in and just sort
of cuts off at the end.

Warp opened their own office in NYC a few months ago, so they will no
longer have stuff distributed through labels like Nothing and Matador in
the US any more. I believe the only exception will be artists like Aphex
Twin and Tortoise who are actually signed to US labels besides Warp as
opposed to just being distributed in the past.
Kris from Warp US is on the list, so perhaps he can confirm the details.
