Apparently this is some sort of Japanese underground supergroup with members of the boredoms contributing. (no eye though : ( ) They have a live drummer who is fucking ridiculous( might be two drummer actually but it sounds like one) and then they layer all kinds of shimmery fucked up blissed out trancey noises and textures on top. This is a BAND and a fucking brilliant one. Remember those?

It's not really a supergroup per se, it's just Seiichi Yamamoto's current group. Yamamoto is probably most famous for playing second fiddle to Eye in the Boredoms, but has been kicking around with his own bands for a good long while. Though Rovo are fully capable of getting to the zenith of motorik trance/groove, I think their singles are more satisfying in this regard.
