(Attention all three local IDM members!)
Hello. Has it been a year already? Yes.
Here's the deal. Every year, I have a birthday. I hate birthdays. Sort of. I
hate all the attention and all that because it's quite pointless. I'm greedy
though, so I love gifts. But I hate the gifts being a big deal.
Let me get back to the point. I started doing cosuardstockapaloozathon 2001
fest back in 98 (it was 98 fest then, but don't try to get me to explain
that) as a way to give back - to my friends and to the bands. I wanted the
bands that I liked to play for my party simply because I wanted to see them
play, and because I wanted them to be exposed to a new and hopefully
somewhat different audience.
Three years later, here we are, doing the 4th one. It's bigger than I
imagined. Sorta. And every year, a little bit better. And every year, a
little bit harder to put together.
This year, I need a little help. You see, everything came together so late
that I don't have any real fliers that lay out the names of all the bands,
the location, all that. So if there's any artists out there who can bang
something out in the next few days, I'd love to see something come of it.

On to the good part. This year's lineup.
Friday May 18th:
Motor Skills
Fluoroscopic Kid
One Piece
Little Grizzly
Seansky
Legendary Crystal Chandelier
Saturday May 19th:
Frame-Set
FXC vs. Ozwald
Proem
Pleasant Grove
J Monster and the DRD
Also performing Friday should be Keith Killoren/Budapest One between sets as
a sort of MC. Saturday will see some DJ mixing by the ever horrible DJ
Homeschool. Duck and cover. Brace for impact.
We're having it at a different location this year - Mable Peabody's. All the
information in full can be found at the following URL:

It's totally free. It's a lot of fun. It's an indie scenester clusterfuck.
Come be a part of it. And tell EVERYONE you know. Really.
