Well, UNTIL confield, I didn't really like Ae much at all. Found it kind of cheesy. I like confield a lot! But course, yes, I worship Aphex Twin's music and I'd probably try to rationtalize him releasing a recording of two hours of snoring or silence or something, so there you go. On the subject of Autechre - everyone I know into IDM is jazzed by the fact they're playing Austin, but I'm not really all that excited. I mean yeah, we never get any IDM in Texas, so that's good. But I personally haven't liked the last two or three things Autechre have put out. "Second Scepe" - now that was a track I heard and loved. Maybe I'd dig their older stuff. But I don't especially care for their recent stuff.
