sorry for all you people who are tired of reading this but i figured i had an interesting point to offer (correct if i'm wrong). <Sean and Rob, if you guys read this, please contact me off list with an <explanation, or I will not buy the CD. I don't know if anyone else has this viewpoint, but doesn't it seem odd that these people are deriding something that hasn't been released and they have gotten for FREE? Most of the people that are talking about this release have not paid a cent to hear it and they are complaining about it. I downloaded it and I may or may not buy it in the future. As with most Ae releases I like to listen to them multiple times over a period of a few weeks, to sink in. As a newbie to the online trading world I was very excited at the chance to allow this release to sink in and by the time it came out I would be entrance by it. I am going to see them May 10 in Columbus and I'm very excited because it seems while even though their release may not be the best one by many people's standards it has already caused this much debate. Maybe once you have purchased the CD and decided you've hated it, though, you can complain with a bit more authority in my eyes, since I can sympathize with your plight (paying a price for a CD that you found to be unsatisfactory) which I've done many times in the past. That's all in my humble opinion and with no disrespect intended to anyone. Listening to music is a subjective process. We can't decide to like something if we don't... And as for the list going down the drain...maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I enjoy Lance's contributions the most to the list, though, personally, aminly because he is all business, all the time, and refuses to be drawn in by personal issues of what everyone else thinks everyone else should be doing. He merely posts his reviews and his information for people that want to listen to it. I also really like to read what people have to say in response to "your a fag" among other things. Without a certain amount of debate I don't think that the mailing list would be alive. Without a certain amount of serious people on this list this mailing list would die. Without a certain amount of silly people on this list this mailing list would die. Without a certain amount of lurkers on this list this mailing list would die. Chew on that for a while. Or not. Just some thoughts been running through my head.
