I'm also VERY pleasantly surprised with SND's track on the clicks'n'cuts 2
comp...a nice change of vibe, coming at a perfect time. not that I had tired
of SND's previous sound, but this is definitely a departure from what I've
come to expect from them. I'd go as far to even say it's very groovy AND
very melodic (I can't believe I'm hearing a bassline like that in a friggin'
SND track! nice!). quite a bit more accessible, hence.
but, of course, if you're longing for more of the "less accessible" stuff
from the SND crew, mark fell's track on the recent 12k comp "between two
points" is a nice collage of pieces.
and yeah, the rest of the clicks'n'cuts 2 comp is lovely (in general) as
well.
