[idm] question for soulseek users

Hey there--I have a technical question for the people who are using the soulseek forum that someone on this list set up (I would e-mail that person privately, but I'm not sure exactly who it was). I signed on to it and got a message about some update, which i accepted. The update proceeded to crash my computer (not an uncommon occurance with this crap laptop I've got). Now, when I try to log onto the service, I get a message telling me that I'm already registered as being online (when I'm not) and that I should log off or try again later. I even deleted the program and installed it again, and still I get that message. Anybody else have this problem or could maybe suggest a solution? I thought the program was pretty good and I'd like to be able to use it again.
