went to a record shop today and found the following 2 titles for .75cents
each:
#1. Scarcubem-41'17 prasenz (Heimelektro); reminds me of the M.A.S stuff of
1997/98 but more focused on laid-back melody. Some of it is almost dancey.
Anyone wanna elaborate on Heimelektro, I'm now curious about the label.
Scarcubem, umm... overall nothing groundbreaking, but at .75cents definitely
a good find.
#2 Kruton - Granular Plateux (Uxb) Had it not been for the promotional paper
inside the sleeve mentioning an Ae remix I would have probably passed up
this white-label. I've never heard of Kruton, nor the label UXB, but this
12" would definitely appeal to fans of Warp, Schematic, Choco Industries. It
includes a wicked Ae remix of a "trip-hopish" track. Of course Ae destroy it
and leave yer jaw open. As above, any words on this artist or label?
danke,
