Well, David *is* the man for many items, it's true...you'll have to pay air
freight from Germany if you order from Cue (who, by the way, is VERY much the
source - he was doing all of the FAX/RI stuff in the US until he moved and Dave
Steineart took over [EARrational], right?). Just to clarify, that 3.50 is the
standard priority rate up to a certain rate. If you order a busload (over that
set weight - can't recall what it is right now...2#?) the shipping will cost
more. Not to compare with air freight from Germany, though. I use Playing By
Ear regularly because he's f-a-s-t, couteous and reliable as well as being
reasonably priced. The aforementioned Mr. Steinheart runs a good biz as well,
just to be fair - and both of them stock well on FAX/RI.
