and Freeform's Heterarchy. the other of his i find to be the most ultra strong at this date. real feeling, interesting rhythms and he's bending amazing sounds out of his non-cpu equipment at the time. the others are also very great, says me, but feel slightly less complete. we sympathize with freeform. can everyone just take a second and investigate mr simon pyke? call him up on the phone! dont say i said to! hahah! christopho __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? On the Freeform tip, I know there's an autechre remix on a Freeform EP from way back...the EP is, I think, "Refloater"...has anyone heard this autechre mix? I've been searching forever and I'm about to give up... ---brian ------------------------ Brian W. Actually you have some of those names mixed up. The track you're after is actually an Autechre remix of a track by Higher Intelligence Agency off the 'Reform' (not Freeform) ep from back in 1994. The original tracks were taken from HIA's Colorform album, which was also on beyond, back in 1993. Here are the details of this classic release: . Higher Intelligence Agency: reform cdep (Beyond/hiacd2) Tracks: - universal entity [ketamine entity reformed by a postitive life] - speech4 [coniod tone reformed by autechre] - speedlearn [reformed by irresistable force] - alpha 1999 [delta reformed by pentatonik] and speaking of the beyond label, does anybody have any of the old beyond label ambient dub comps they'd be willing to part with or copy for me? please reply off-list if you can help. thanks. -- -->-Lance---- PO Box 450715 Westlake, OH 44145 United States --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
