On the Feb 25, 2016 episode of "All Things Considered" there was a music interlude, lasting about 15-20 seconds. It was not on long enough for me to recognize the track, but it was an acoustic cover of an Apex Twin piece. I went back to npr.org and listened to the entire episode again, but it didn't play in the podcast. I wrote NPR to find out the name of the track and the artist who did the cover. Did anyone else hear it? What was it / where can I get it? --- Sent from my Robot Monkey Drum Machine

it was fingerbib. atc is unusally well playlisted for a talk show imo, right on their main page it tells ya. our local npr also uses some early rdj as a music bed, it fits perfectly enough to suspect aphex was originally a industrial music composer who just got too good. http://www.npr.org/programs/all-things-considered/ On Feb 26, 2016 8:01 AM, "AV2k" <a_void2000@yahoo.com> wrote:

it really is unusually good, i think string quarter or one of those other similar outfits tried to cover some aphex too, but there is an attention to detail in the alarm will sound tracks that is either real fandom or just real professionalism, they may have actually improved on several of the tracks. also meltphace is on there which is my personal favorite. also i love how in the cover of "4" they do the "pretty good."
