All So I'm working on a CD mix, but I want the tracklisting to show up accurately in winamp, musicmatch, etc. I'm burning this as one single track, so this software isn't going to recognize anything from CDDB...so how do I burn this properly with this info encoded? Is it possible? If not, how do I register this with CDDB? Is that even feasible if I'm only doing 40-50 of these? I'm using Easy CD Creator 4.03 which blows, but I haven't found a superior alternative. They're primitive, but I like the effects features on this one and the whole thing is MUCH better than the crap HP software that came with my new CDRW drive...if anyone has suggestions on this, I'd appreciate that, as well. ---brian ------------------------ Brian W. cd-text. i believe the newest version of toast allows you to assign track titles, which in turn should be encoded on the disc. at play back, titles will appear. anymore may add or subtract from my comment. jason --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

a while back, I emailed Adaptec before they sold Toast to Roxio. They said they had no future intention of adding CD-TEXT support to Toast or Jam. This may have changed, but I kind of doubt it. For mac, Toast is fine for general burning, Jam is great for CDDA, but Nero for Mac may dominate in the near future. WaveBurner is the best CDDA software hands down for mac, it supports everything to do with CDDA.
