twine is actually 2 people... both of them post here occasionally. you can view their site at http://www.personal.kent.edu/~mmercer/twine/ yes, the IA is probably their best release to date... I love "Surn." the other IA artists include Savath +Savalas and A Grape Dope... I can't think of the rest off the top of my head. but www.heftyrecords.com will tell you more. I'm glad to see people are enjoying Twine's music. I know I certainly have for a while now. Their IA release on Hefty is paralyzingly good, and they are compiling a full length that I think is one of the strongest electronic releases in years. I saw Twine perform in Chicago last Saturday and I was totally floored. I realized that Twine is one of the only reasons I still listen to electronic music. They provide advanced listening solutions to consumers of music who, while enjoying music for its technological advancements and slight of mind, at the same time feel the need to have music's most traditional values addressed with a classic sense of beauty.
