Okay. The death penalty is flat out wrong....isntituing an action as punishment to rectify the same action is the classic conservative's head-in-the-ass manaeuver. I don't think it has anything to do with conservatism. I'm of the mindset that if someone kills someone close to me, it'd be in the killer's best interests to hide, because I may personally come after them... no wait, better yet.. we have the death penalty for that. Saves me the trouble of doing a number on their appendages or other organs. Sorry. I think i saw and read Hannibal one too many times already. I'm probably one of the few that thinks lethal injection is too mild a punishment for murderers. Take my words lightly. I come in peace, well.. sorta. :) Miss Lecter herself, Michelle Registered Libertarian. uNF.. Not conservative. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

listen stupid, if you kill someone, you broke the rules of the game, and you pay the price. Pretty simple. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Ok lets also execute all the drunk and drug impaired drivers that kill people on the road too. They broke the same rules of the game. And if you cause an accident driving which causes an injury to someone that results in their arm being amputated you should have your own arm cut off as punishment. All this is so simple isn't it? <dripping with sarcasm...> How all this is related to Napster is beyond me. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

There's a difference between murdering someone intentionally, and being a jackass who drinks and does drugs and kills someone "accidentaly". You murder someone, you forfeit the right to live, you trade in your life for taking a life. You unintentionally kill someone, you pay a fine or do time, pay for your stupid mistake. <Dripping with annoyance toward inability to understand common sense...> In a message dated 2/13/01 7:08:40 PM Central Standard Time, sanvara@home.com writes:
