Dont forget the first 12" called "this kind of blue" i cant remember what label, but it predates "ele" on sigma. I have never been able to locate a copy of this 12" but it definitly exists. I heard its in the style of ele. I kinda lost interest in delay when he decided to redefine house, dont get me wrong the house stuff is good, but "ele" on sigma is the stand out for me. That recording changed the way alot of people made music. the one with thoams brinkmann is also excellent, one of my favorite 12" i own. But thats my 2 cents worth. I hear "Anima" is good. -scott a In rough order of release: 'Huone' - Vladislav Delay (Chain Reaction) 12" 'Ele' - Vladislav Delay (Sigma Editions) CD 'Ranta' - Vladislav Delay (Chain Reaction) 12" 'Max Ernst und Freunde 5' - Vladislav Delay (Max Ernst) 12" Sistol (Phthalo) CD 'Multila' - Vladislav Delay (Chain Reaction) CD (compiles the 2 12"s) 'Entain' - Vladislav Delay (Mille Plateaux) CD (contains 2 out of 3 tracks from 'Ele', plus 3 unreleased ones.) The kind of blue EP does exist, but only couple of hundred of them were pressed. So it may be a bit difficult to find nowdays (no I'm not selling my copies). Stylistically (atleast on the A-side) it's in the Ele/Entain territory.

The ernst ep is by delay alone, but released on Brinkmann's label. - jussi --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
