Pussyfoot is Howie B's own label. Palm Pictures is a much larger "mega-indie" label founded a couple of years ago by Chris Blackwell (formerly of Island Records) with which Pussyfoot has some sort of distribution deal. I don't think so. Palm Pictures does have a movie production company ("Black & White" being one of their recent offerings), but I don't believe it's affiliated with Universal.
