oh my god no. Change the Weather is terrible, I spent $25 on it because it was imported, didn't bother listening to it beforehand...and whoo...was I surprised...it was terrible...and then I had to sell it back for $2...because apparently everyone who buys that album has the same reaction... josh23

Ha ha ha !!! Sorry, but this is very funny indeed. This is an album Karl Hyde & Co. are pretty embarrassed about themselves... People who buy it now, buy it because of Underworld's more recent kudos - that's not to say they didn't cut their teeth doing total crap in their younger days. What's more - and even more terrible, apparently (I haven't had the pleasure to hear this) is what they recorded under the name of "Freur". I * np : Mood Phase 5ive - Steady On. Local album launch tonight @ the Bijou, Cape Town, South Africa. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I saw the rock band version of Underworld live once. Not by choice, they happened to be playing at a festival type event that I went to. All I really remember is the song "Underneath The Radar" since it was a fairly big radio hit around here at the time.

I dunno, "Doot Doot" (the only Freur track I'm familiar with) is a cute bit of early 80's electro-pop.
