The 313 list (from the telephone area-code for Detroit) is the Detroit
techno list. It's a very good list, better than here in many ways. There is
more of a sense of community and less stupid threads like "why don't girls
like idm". (Although I have seen some pretty nasty flames aver the couple of
years I've been subscribed). There's quite a lot of traffic, at least as
much there as on IDM. Probably my next-favourite list to IDM, if you're
interested in techno it's a good place to hang.
Diana is the one to ask about 313, she's been a regular contributor there
for quite a while. I generally lurk there whereas I take part a lot more
here.
