is there a water source for tracky-techno producers that has been tainted?
i swear, while i like what i have heard in the past, the recent output
from cristian vogel, jamie lidell, and jeff mills is OUT OF CONTROL.
if someone would have told me the new jamie lidell release was a
collaboration with nurse with wound -- i would have believed it (and, in
all my biased-like nature, would have most likely found it to be one of
nww's best things ever :).
the jeff mills soundtrack for "metropolis" is absolutely beautiful and
lush and odd.
and the new cristian vogel -- well, going back to a thread on this list:
i just don't get it (which, really, at this point is a GOOD thing).
perhaps i have not heard enough from these folks in terms of past output,
but it really does seem like a SERIOUS change (even compared to the
noodles/no future/trash type stuff). can't wait to see what happens next!
