[specific to southern california] There are 2 VERY groovy Orange County events coming up -- both of which fall on opposite ends of the electronic music spectrum (if there is such a thing :) The first happens this week and is part of a weekly known as OUR HOUSE. The line-up for Tuesday, November 28 is pretty out of control (or at least as out of control as house can get): Twenty-Twelve (live), Paris, Bassland (live), Spirit 21+ and Old Skool. No exceptions! $5 cover, $1 draft. Full bar. @ the Lion's Den, 719 W. 19th Street, Costa Mesa. 949.454.5987 / 562.627.1095 (info stolen from www.socal-raves.org) The second is presented by KUCI and happens Thursday, December 7. This one is a bit more on the abstract side (and more than likely will be very out of control): Live: Lexaunculpt, Phthalocyanine DJs: Brian Albers, Xt0fer R0byn, Chowderhead. $5. 8PM. All ages. @ Koo's Cafe, 1505 N. Main Street, Santa Ana. 714.648.0937 / http://www.koos.org (info stolen from www.socal-raves.org) Please show your support for these 2 groovy events!
