Just got the promo cd form audio dregs for the new e*vax cd Parking lot music. really good. I have only heard one time through, but i just wanted to tell everyone how much i like it. I agree with this. Everything about rock or "band" music was kicking a dead horse like 10 years ago and now it's just a miserable self parody. I checked out the new E*vax cd last night, Parking Lot Music. After being generally impressed with their track on the Putting the Morr Back in Morrissey compilation, I'll have to say that the cd sounds a bit flavorless. Sorta lo-fi-ish drum sequencing with little tinkily-tinkily melodies.
