Hi all, I just found this track on Napster which purports to be Aphex remixing David Bowie's 'Heroes'... it sounds like he's got the vocal track and grafted it onto the string section from Philip Glass' soundtrack to 'Mishima'. Does anyone have any information about this track? Needless to say, it's fucking incredible. Also, thanks for the Skampler tracklisting... does anyone have one for Miss Black America (Alec Empire vs. Elvis)? I have looked this time, but to no avail. And I've got the MP3's, just not the order. I also had a listen to hangable auto bulb and after the glowing reviews it got here last week I was distinctly disappointed! How can you say this is his peak? I don't know when it was released but it sounds like an embryonic RDJ album, ie less complex programming, more repetitive, a dearth of beautiful melodies or amazing rhythms... a couple of the tracks are excellent, like 'arched maid' and 'everyday' but RDJ and the two recent eps are much more sophisticated and interesting. anyway, whatever. I also downloaded the twin's 'big day out' live set, and brainfreeze, both of which are unspeakably awesome. Anthony. np3: ravi shankar and yehudi menuhin -- raga ananda bhairava
