i liked the two 12"s that they put out but didn't like the cd only comp. the 12"s had that intelligent 4 on the floor feel , ya know, glitch house/minimal techno, but not so minimal type of thing. the psych-op had more atmospheric/experimental and not so memorable idm type stuff so i say get the comp that has the 12" material on it. i guess that's 'frente 57'... -- On Mon, 9 Oct 2000 18:44:02 IR wrote:

If you think of the cohesion of the SKAMpler vs. the variety of the split SKAM/v/vm 0161 comp, you get the picture. Both are worth owning, but you'll get a better taste of the BB vinyl output from the frente 57 CD. btw. don't miss the hidden tracks from v8. listen to them over and over. +odd -- Todd Sines icq: 11117580 SCALE:form | image | sound http://www.scalestudio.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
