just read this in the latest NME; "they've got soul, and in Sarah Peacock, one of the best guitarists in the world" - Alan McGee on new signings January. (followed by sarky comment by NME) Is this the same Sarah Peacock that was in seefeel? I didn't know she played guitar. Why does the fact that Alan McGee likes her new band make me worry? I don't know why it worries you - McGee deserves respect. Even before he called Coldplay "bedwetters" If signing 2000 Oasis's give us 1 My Bloody Valentine, I shall be happy. NME also gave TLS "Tiny Reminders" 9/10 and called it the best electronic album of the year.....Maybe, maybe not. It's up there, for sure. Plus the Guardian had an interview with Mr Weatherall today.
