I was told (and this may be complete bullshit) that jungle's name showed up
when dj Hype sampled the baseline off "In The Jungle" by James Brown. A funky
baseline and a fast beat met and jungle was born. If this is wrong, I'd love
to know what really happened. If it's true, then I'd love to know the name of
the original plate.
