Okay, maybe I should clarify a little more. Without getting long-winded,
Toroise is LISCENSING their next album to Warp from the label they record
for already, the very respected Thrill Jockey. It seems that most of what
warp is doing is liscensing new stuff, not exactly signing them, since these
acts prbably have pretty exclusive recording contracts.
