It has some speech on it but the version we are after (if it really is this
track) has some singing which sounds a bit like the singer from EZ-Rollers
which has a rather syncopated delivery that follows the beats. I can't
quite remember what the vocals (they will probably click just after I send
this!) are but they begin something like:
If you were inside my heart
I'd hide you away from the world
