I didn't really care for this most recent edition to the EARTH Series. From talking with Bukem, it seems like he loves all kinds of music. Maybe he wants to explore other genres than Trip Hop and jungle. Lonnie Liston Smith was a major influence of Bukem. I listened to some of it recently and it was pretty good. I heard that Lonnie Liston Smith use to work a little with Pharoah Sanders.

I am anticipating that the next Photek won't be as brilliant as Modus Operandi, but it should be really good. As some people have mention Solaris is a mixture of styles with only two drum n bass tunes.
